After almost 50 years of practicing medicine, I have decided to retire effective March 8, 2026. Caring for you has been the most rewarding part of my career. Over the years, I have come to know many of you and your families as friends, and I am honored to have cared for two and even three generations.

As of December 31, 2025, I will no longer travel to provide care in Danville and Glasgow, Kentucky. I will, however, continue seeing patients at my Louisville office, located at 3900 South Dupont Square, Suite A, Louisville, KY 40207, through March 8, 2026.

Beginning March 9, 2026, Advanced ENT & Allergy will provide continued, compassionate care. I trust their board-certified allergists to deliver excellent care for you and your family. Advanced ENT & Allergy is a leading allergy, asthma, and immunology group in the Kentuckiana region, known for its extensive resources and commitment to state-of-the-art care.

As of March 9, 2026, your protected health information will be maintained by Advanced ENT & Allergy according to its normal record-keeping procedures and will be available at 2944 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40220. If, for any reason, you need a copy of your records sent to you or to another provider, please let us know.

We are pleased to offer allergy injections Monday through Friday at our Breckenridge Lane location.

Allergy Injection Schedule & Guidelines

To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following scheduling updates for 2026:

March 2026: Injections are currently available by appointment only. This allows us to provide the focused care you deserve without extended wait times.
Starting April 2026: We will officially resume walk-in availability for injections. While walk-ins will be welcome, we highly recommend continuing to schedule your appointments in advance to minimize your wait time.
Planning Your Visit: For the most accurate daily schedule, please refer to the specific time windows listed on your Shot Hours Handout rather than the general office hours listed on our website.
